Con las nuevas maquetas de Tamiya y Rye field, quizá parezca un poco extraño meterse a detallar la terrible resina de Jaguar. A mi no me parece extraño, de hecho me gusta mucho entretenerme en todos los pequeños detalles de un vehículo así. Me fascina arreglar, paso a paso, todas las partes del modelo, enfrentándome a esos pequeños retos que suponen piezas raras e imposibles. 

En concreto esta maqueta ha sido la que más he disfrutado montando de todas las que recuerdo. No solo por el reto que supone, si no porque el M551 es un tanque que me gusta muchísimo y hacer una maqueta así implica ir conociendo muy bien todos sus detalles a medida que la montas. 

De la resina de Jaguar poco queda, he tenido que rehacerlo casi todo. La maqueta en su época fue una buena alternativa, pero hoy en día queda muy lejos de un buen modelo, tanto por sus incorrectas dimensiones y formas como en su detalle. Todo un reto para los que disfrutamos con estas locuras. 

En un futuro, se convertirá en uno de los que se lanzaron en Panamá en Diciembre de 1989. Espero que os guste el montaje!

With the latest news from Tamiya and Rye field models, it may seem a bit strange to go into detail about the terrible Jaguar resin. It does not seem strange to me, in fact I like very much to spend time in all the little details of such a vehicle. It fascinates me to fix and made, step by step, all the parts of the model, facing me to those this small challenges that suppose rare and impossible pieces.

 Specifically this model has been the one that I have enjoyed most of all assembled models that I remember to assembly. Not only because of the challenge it poses, but also because the M551 is a tank that I really like and making a model like that means knowing all its details very well as you assemble it

Jaguar resin little remains, I had to redo almost everything. The model in his time was a good alternative, but today is far from a good model,  for its incorrect dimensions and shapes and the detail. A challenge for those who enjoy these crazy things.

In the future, it will become one of the ones that were launched in Panama in December 1989. I hope you like this assembly!
